Modern and effective ultrasound Therapy for Orthopedic recovery
Shockwave Therapy - 20 minute
Shockwave Therapy is at the forefront of Regenerative Medicine, a new way of looking at Orthopedic Rehabilitation in which we strengthen the muscles, tendons, and ligaments through the regeneration of healthy tissue with stronger collagen. Treatment may prevent surgery or help with faster and more effective post-surgery recovery. It is a non-invasive therapy using ultrasound waves.
Shockwave therapy is commonly used for plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, shoulder pain and calcific tendinitis, rotator cuff tendinopathy, patellar tendinopathy (jumper's knee), hip pain, shin splints, myofascial trigger points, chronic neck and back pain, scar tissue and soft tissue adhesions and other tendon, ligament, and soft tissue injuries.
-
Cupping Therapy (20–30 minutes)
Cupping therapy uses specialized cups to create gentle suction on the skin, lifting the underlying tissues to increase blood and lymphatic circulation, release fascial restrictions, reduce muscle tension, and promote the body's natural healing process. It is commonly used to relieve neck and back pain, sports injuries, headaches, muscle tightness, and stress while supporting recovery and overall wellness -
Item Non-invasive body contouring treatment designed to support fat reduction, improve cellulite appearance, tighten skin, and stimulate collagen production. This gentle therapy helps enhance body definition and promote smoother, firmer-looking skin with no downtime

Water Guards
Original acrylic painting by Anitta Yappy
The two Water Guardians stand as protectors of the waterway, watching over the flow that nourishes the land and connects all things. Their presence brings a sense of quiet, peace, structure, divine law & strength, reminding us that every journey is guided by forces both visible and unseen.
Water Guards depicts two mysterious guardians standing at the source of a flowing river that winds through a landscape of deep blue desert hills and valleys. The contrasting figures—one dark and one light, one feminine and one masculine stand watch beneath a luminous turquoise moon, symbolizing balance, protection, and the coexistence of opposing yet complementary forces.
The water river serves as the heart of the composition. It represents the movement of life, consciousness, abundance, and the ever-changing flow of time. As it meanders through the blue land, it creates a pathway that connects the foreground to the distant horizon, inviting the viewer to contemplate the journey between the known and the unknown.
The blue landscape evokes stability, earth, and the enduring foundation upon which life's waters travel. Scattered white stones rest upon the land as silent witnesses to the passage of time, suggesting moments of insight, memory, and transformation.
The two guardians stand as protectors of the waterway, watching over the flow that nourishes the land and connects all things. Their presence brings a sense of quiet, peace, structure, divine law & strength, reminding us that every journey is guided by forces both visible and unseen.
